Tube Bending

Our 40,000 sq. ft. tube bending facility currently services the entire US region with replacement tubes for all style Boilers, Superheaters, Economizers and Furnaces.

Replacement Tubes would include: SA178, SA179, SA192, SA209, SA210, SA213, SA214 and SA423 specification ranges. Using engineering specifications or detailed drawings, "WE CAN" take your straight tube order over the internet via E-Business and convert it to a Bent Tube order made-to-fit your needs as well as complete the installation. Coupled together, we can meet the "Total Turnkey Services Provider" needs of our customers.

Some of our Tube Bending projects include: Superheaters as shown below. With support from our Technical Services department, we can also provide complete engineering / CAD drawings and specifications for new project and installations.

QA / QC @ WORK

Both the Tube Bending and Fabrication Shop are under the watchful eye of our full-time certified QA/QC staff. QA/QC audits a template tube below for a major re-tube project.
