TUBE REPAIR SERVICES:

By maintaining the required procedures and personnel to expedite any tube repair project, we are on call 24 hours/day to respond to all of your emergencies. These projects have ranged from the plugging of one tube to the total re-tube of large field erect and package boilers. Our weld qualifications also enable us to repair most high temperature alloys encountered in your boilers & process heaters.  

SPECIALTY ALLOY & CODE WELDING SERVICES Our ASME and National Board code credentials enable us to design, manufacture, alter or repair your boiler and process heater. These credentials, along with our DOT certification, qualifies us to work on any pressure retaining item in your plant, such as pressure piping and vessels.

Efficiency Upgrade Projects

Furnace and Tube Service develops and executes efficiency upgrade projects that save millions of dollars. Projects range from the installation of economizers and air preheaters to combined cycle heat recovery projects. Our engineered evaluation system will quantify the savings for your efficiency upgrade project. Our in-house engineering staff can analyze, evaluate, quantify, and specify your efficiency upgrade projects.
