Corporate Alliances Furnace and Tube Service is committed to Safety and the continuous Quality improvement process as a significant part of our core. As a part of our path forward business plans, our next step would include communicating the value of our Corporate Alliance programs and our in-house (VAS) Value-Added Savings program which tracks cost savings for all customers. Our intention is to support the goals of our customers wanting to reduce the expenses of routine operational dollars by improving the use of energy used in their process heat equipment. FTS will continue to align with several major manufacturers in order to provide our customers an integrated approach to product and service offerings for further expense reductions. FTS Corporate Alliance Key Components
"FTS' PRIMARY CORPORATE ALLIANCE GOAL IS TO SAVE OUR CUSTOMERS DOLLARS, WHILE GROWING OUR RELATIONSHIP" Our FTS-SA "Systems Analysis TEAM" is made up of Professional Engineering Staff, I&E personnel and is experienced at providing our corporate alliance customers with technical evaluations of their process heat equipment. This analysis includes a complete Mass and Energy Balance evaluation along with recommendations to improve operating efficiencies and reduce the total cost of operation. Our SA TEAM will collect valuable in-plant data, input the information into our proprietary software and then transform the cumulative information into a useful efficiency report for further decision making and/or project analysis. In most cases, our FTS-SA complete M&E balance evaluation will result in major cost savings. Other surveys include: useful life studies, tube wall loss analysis and a host of other services which compliment the operating efficiencies of process heat equipment. Also provided with this analytical report is a detailed quantitative analysis (Value Added Savings Report) that shows our corporate alliance customers exactly how they can continue to save operational dollars by making exact adjustments to the equipment and/or improvement modifications for consideration. One documented case has already saved one Corporate Alliance customer over $2.1 Million / year in energy consumption for only 3 pieces of equipment.
